At Multiply “For the Kingdom”, we value quality, fairness, and transparency. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations in line with the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (CPA) and the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA).
By purchasing from our online store, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. General Principles
- All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with South African law.
- This policy applies to purchases made through our official online store only.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and refund requests.
2. Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)
In terms of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, customers have the right to cancel an online purchase within seven (7) business days after receiving the goods, without providing a reason, provided that:
- The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed;
- The item is returned in its original condition and packaging, including tags and labels;
- The item is in a resaleable condition.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs for cooling-off period returns are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or supplied incorrectly.
- Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been inspected and approved.
3. Defective or Faulty Products
In terms of the Consumer Protection Act, you are entitled to receive goods that are of good quality, free from defects, and fit for purpose.
If a product is found to be defective, damaged, or faulty within thirty (30) days from the date of delivery, you may choose one of the following remedies:
Additional non-returnable items:
- Repair
- Replacement
- Full refund
This choice rests with the customer, as provided by the CPA.
We will cover the reasonable costs of return shipping for defective or incorrectly supplied items.
4. Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Incorrect in size, colour, or design; or
- Not what you ordered,
Please notify us within 7 business days of delivery. We will arrange for the item to be collected or returned at our cost and issue a replacement or refund, subject to availability.
5. Items Not Eligible for Returns
The following items may not be returned unless defective:
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or use
- Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care
- Items returned without original packaging, tags, or labels
- Clearance or promotional items (unless faulty)
6. Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos (where applicable, especially for defects)
- Await confirmation and return instructions from our support team
- Package the item securely and return it using the agreed method
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
7. Refunds
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside of our control.
8. Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested exchange item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
- Customers may be required to pay any price difference where applicable.
9. Responsibility for Risk
Goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. We recommend using a trackable courier service when returning items.
