Welcome to Multiply “For the Kingdom”, an online retail store owned and operated by Multiply ZA a company registered in the Republic of South Africa. By shopping in our online store (www.multiplyza.co.za), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this Website.

1. Interpretation and Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise:

  • “Consumer” means a natural person purchasing goods for personal, household, or family use and not for resale.
  • “Goods” means the products offered for sale through this Website.
  • “Contract” means the legally binding agreement between you and us for the sale of Goods.
  • “Service Provider” / “we/us/our” refers to Multiply “For the Kingdom” and its authorised agents.
  • “Website” refers to the online store at www.multiplyza.co.za.

2. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including but not limited to:

  • Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (CPA);
  • Electronic Communications and Transactions Act 25 of 2002 (ECTA);
  • Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA); and any successor legislation or amendments thereto. 

3. Information You Must Provide

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information about yourself when placing an order, including name, delivery address, email, and phone number.

4. Order and Contract Formation

  1. All orders placed on this Website are subject to acceptance by us.
  2. A binding contract is formed when we send an order confirmation email that your order has been accepted and payment processed.
  3. We reserve the right to reject or cancel orders in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Pricing and Payment

  1. All prices are listed in South African Rands (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable.
  2. Shipping, handling, and other applicable charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  3. Payment must be completed prior to the dispatch of Goods using the payment methods displayed on the Website.

6. Delivery

  1. We will deliver the Goods to the delivery address provided.
  2. We will make reasonable efforts to dispatch Goods within [5] business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.
  3. Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary. If we cannot meet agreed delivery timelines, you may contact us for an updated delivery estimate or cancel your order and receive a full refund. 

7. Consumer Rights and Returns

7.1. Consumer Protection Act Rights

Under South African consumer law:

  • You are entitled to receive Goods that are of good quality, in good working order, free from defects, and fit for the purpose ordinarily intended.
  • You may request a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty or defective Goods within thirty days of delivery. 

7.2. Cooling-Off Period

Where applicable under ECTA, you have the right to cancel a distance agreement (online order) without reason within seven (7) business days after receiving the Goods, provided that:

  • Goods are returned unused, in original packaging and in a resaleable condition;
  • Return postage is for your account (unless otherwise stated).
    This is a legal right — our refund, exchange, or credit policies do not override it. 

7.3. Return Process

To return Goods:

  1. Contact us at sales@multiplyza.co.za with your order number.
  2. Follow the return instructions we provide.
  3. Return Goods to the address communicated by us.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 20 business days from receipt of returned Goods.

8. Privacy, Data Protection and Cookies

  1. We collect and process your personal information to complete orders, communicate with you, and improve our services.
  2. Our Privacy Policy sets out how we manage and protect your personal information in compliance with POPIA.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Website or the Goods.
  2. Our total liability for any claim related to Goods sold is limited to the purchase price paid by you.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without written permission.

11. Dispute Resolution

  1. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be governed by South African law and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
  2. You may also refer disputes to the Consumer Goods and Services Ombud or an alternative dispute resolution agent.

12. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the Website with the Effective Date changed. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
